Some of the moments I value most are the quiet, intentional ones — early mornings, time spent in nature, meaningful conversations, and comforting daily rituals like reading a chapter of a book with a coffee before the girls wake up! 

Motherhood has deeply shaped the way I move through both life and work. Raising my daughters has inspired a gentler and more intentional approach to women’s wellbeing, one rooted in softness, connection, and restoration.

 About Me

I created Holistic Heritage from a deeply personal place.

As a sister, mother, aunt and friend, I became increasingly aware of how easily women can lose connection with themselves while caring for everyone around them. We are often taught to keep going, keep holding everything together, and keep giving — even when we are exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our own needs.

Over time, I realised how important it is for women to have spaces where they feel safe enough to slow down, soften, rest, and simply be held for a moment themselves.

Holistic Heritage was born from that understanding.

What began as a passion for holistic wellbeing gradually evolved into something much deeper — a desire to create nurturing experiences that support women emotionally, physically, and energetically through every season of womanhood.

Through my own experiences of family, motherhood, healing, personal growth, and supporting other women, I came to understand that true wellbeing is not about perfection or constantly striving to become somebody new.

It is about remembering yourself beneath the pressure, the responsibility, and the noise of everyday life.

Today, my work gently weaves together holistic therapies, nervous system support, feminine embodiment, restorative movement, sound, ritual, and traditional wellbeing practices to create experiences that feel grounding, restorative, and deeply supportive.

Every retreat, private session, programme, and gathering I create is intentionally designed to offer women a space to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, calming, and meaningful.

My Approach

At the heart of my work is the belief that women deserve spaces where they are able to soften without judgement.

Spaces where rest is honoured.
Where emotions are welcomed.
Where healing is approached gently.
Where women feel supported rather than fixed.

Through the Holistic Trinity Method, I guide experiences centred around three core pillars:

Restore

Supporting the nervous system and body through grounding practices, holistic therapies, deep rest, and relaxation.

Reconnect

Creating space for reflection, feminine embodiment, emotional awareness, ritual, and inner connection.

Remember

Helping women return to their intuition, softness, self-trust, and innate wisdom.

This approach allows each experience to feel both nurturing and transformative — balancing restoration with meaningful reconnection.

A More Intentional Way of Working

Holistic Heritage now focuses primarily on intimate group experiences and immersive wellbeing events, creating opportunities for women to experience the power of collective restoration and connection.

Private 1:1 sessions remain available as exclusive, deeply personalised experiences for women seeking additional individual support.

Every offering is intentionally created to feel spacious, grounding, luxurious, and deeply supportive.
