What does self-care mean to you?


As summer draws to an end many of us are thinking about what comes next.


Most of us are conditioned to constantly put others first believing that if we dare to take time for ourselves that it is selfish. The thing is...self-care is not selfish, self-care is essential. Without looking after yourself how can you possibly be able to look after others.

Self-care means something different for everybody it doesn't mean that you have to spend money or take hours out of your daily life, selfcare can just be a few minutes each day just for you and that could simply be locking the bathroom door!


However if you already have the luxury of peeing in peace here are a few other ideas for self-care:-


HAVE A TEA


TIME IN NATURE


BATH


READ


MEDITATE


YOGA


BREATH


GO FOR A WALK


BAKE


DANCE LIKE NOBODIES WATCHING


BOOK IN FOR REFLEXOLOGY!


September is a wonderful month for change, be the change in your life this month.
